The aim of the research is to identify the dimensions of emotional intelligence prevalent among workers in the Directorate of Education in the Sharkia Governorate, as well as to reveal the dimensions of the organizational commitment prevailing among workers in the Directorate of Education in the Sharkia Governorate, in addition to revealing the impact of emotional intelligence dimensions on the organizational commitment among workers in the Directorate of Education in the Sharkia Governorate Not to mention the presentation of a set of procedural proposals that contribute to improving the organizational commitment of these workers, and the research employed the descriptive approach in order to achieve its goals and answer scientific questions and the statistical method came to be through it. Addressing the results of the field framework, and one of its most prominent results was that the organizational commitment of employees in the Directorate of Education in Sharkia Governorate is affected by the dimension of self-awareness, as well as affected by some motivation, as well as affected by the sympathy dimension in addition to being affected by some social skills, and that their emotional intelligence reflects on the organizational commitment in the sense that it is The higher their level of emotional intelligence, the higher their level of organizational commitment and vice versa.
